Urban USA Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Urban. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To return a product, please email us at info@urbanusa.com within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must receive prior approval and be accompanied by an RMA number. We do not provide return labels unless the product is faulty/signed for as damaged. 

Please return the product in new, original condition, in it's original packaging with all labels in tact. We are not responsible for any damage to return shipments. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 48 business hours. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. 

The following items are not eligible for return: Bespoke & Custom ordered items or items that have been used or fitted.
